The startup was founded in 2018 by Guilherme Baumworcel and aims to revolutionize the market and apply agile technology to companies, democratize management and end bureaucratic processes. The tool is able to predict which taxes and payments the company must make, this brings more transparency to the manager, entrepreneur and accounting user.

The startup has more than 6,500 companies registered on its platform and in addition to offices in the Bahamas and England, the company's expansion plan is to start operations in five other countries: Argentina, Canada, United States, Mexico and Norway.
